TERMS — §8 LIKENESS, VOICE, MANNER

8.4  You grant to us and our successors a
     perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide,
     royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable
     licence to use, reproduce, adapt and create
     derivative works from your Likeness, Voice,
     Manner and Characteristic Expression, in all
     media now known or hereafter devised,
     throughout the universe, for the full term
     of copyright and any extensions thereof.

8.5  "Manner" includes, without limitation, gait,
     cadence, idiom, habitual gesture, laughter
     and pauses.

8.6  Nothing in this section shall be construed
     as conveying any interest in the underlying
     natural person.

Read 8.6 twice. It is the only honest sentence in the document, and it was written by a lawyer protecting the company, and it is the finest available statement of the position.

The likeness, the voice, the manner and the characteristic expression are conveyed. The underlying natural person is explicitly excluded from the transaction, as a thing of no commercial interest, retained by the seller.
